We offer individual and confidential advice and support to help you make the right decision on your future career choices. This includes how to look for jobs, the best websites, and interview tips and techniques.

If you want to learn new skills, or develop your existing ones to improve career prospects with your existing employer, our advisers will use their extensive local knowledge and online databases to find the right course or training for you.

We can also offer sessions as part of a group. We provide creative workshops on personality and career check;

If you do not yet have a full NVQ level 2 (equivalent to 5 GCSE’s at A-C, or in some cases a full NVQ level 3), then we can help you look at your options and make decisions. nextstep advisers will support and encourage you at every step on your journey into learning and work.
